Plan: Clearly describe the “skin and bones” of what your website needs to do:

We run automatic back-ups of your site, redundant hosting, and for all sites we host, we ensure all plug-ins are updated as those updates become available. Most of our clients take advantage of our hosting – it’s one less thing they have to worry about, with one call taking care of both maintenance and hosting.
